About Us...
The Big Valley Area Business Association has been cultivating tourism and business growth in the valley since 1984. Our vision is of a thriving Big Valley area community where the charm of its scenic beauty can coexist with vibrant, successful, local businesses.
The area commonly known as "Big Valley" runs from the Milroy/Reedsville area along route 655 through Belleville and Allensville. Big Valley is known for the scenic beauty of its vast farmlands and mountains, as well as its traditional Amish culture. The area is home to antique shops, country stores, quilt shops, carriage rides, wineries, custom furniture stores, cafes/restaurants, bakeries, B&B's, and other specialty shops. Also, every Wednesday from March through November there is an AREA TRADITION you shouldn't miss! THE BELLEVILLE SALE/LIVESTOCK AUCTION is a combination farmer's market and flea market that draws crowds from all around the state.
